I had service needed for F150 and I called to make an appointment. They had an opening the following day and when I arrived, Buddy, in the service department took great care of me. The visit to Automation Ford was for possible recalls and regular maintenance. The associate that checked us in was both nice and professional. It missed a lot of areas on the vehicle, but I'm very obsessive about keeping it clean so it's understandable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this dealership. More
