Service was great! Brad and Stephen communicated promptly. Brad was my advisor but when I needed information, his team mate Stephen(Steven) was willing to take time t Brad and Stephen communicated promptly. I bought my F250 from another dealer and have always taken it back there for service, but when my engine light came on, I called for service and was told they would need it at least a week! I decided t taken it back there for service, but when my engine light came on, I called for service and was told they would need it at least a week! I decided to call AutoNation in Katy. Brandon Diaz said “come in tomorrow and I’ll try to finish in the same day”. He did not disappoint! I even requested some major maintenance be completed as well. Not only was the service fast, it was much closer to my home! Brandon called me a few days later to make sure it was all running smoothly. Great work! More

I was new to fleet work when I started with my division. I definitely was not used to getting the cars in for state inspections, problems etc. Thankfully my first trip to the Autonation Dealership service d I definitely was not used to getting the cars in for state inspections, problems etc. Thankfully my first trip to the Autonation Dealership service department I met Daniel (Larenti), he has been my go to person. He helped me, answered my questions, keeps me informed. It has made my job so much easier. The dealership is clean, friendly and if you have to take your car in for service etc. this is one I do not mind going to More
