Service was great! Brad and Stephen communicated promptly. I bought my F250 from another dealer and have always taken it back there for service, but when my engine light came on, I called for service and was told they would need it at least a week! I decided t taken it back there for service, but when my engine light came on, I called for service and was told they would need it at least a week! I decided to call AutoNation in Katy. Brandon Diaz said “come in tomorrow and I’ll try to finish in the same day”. He did not disappoint! I even requested some major maintenance be completed as well. Not only was the service fast, it was much closer to my home! Brandon called me a few days later to make sure it was all running smoothly. Great work! More
