Waited 1 hour for express oil change! Then was told after waiting a hour that they didn’t have oil filter needed for my car. This was my 2nd attempt to get oil changed. When I talked to manager, he didn’t really seem to care. Will be canceling my protection plan. Definitely not an express oil change. Stay away from service dept! More

I was a customer of this dealership for 10 years and bought three trucks from them over that time. I sent multiple people over there to buy there vehicles and always took my trucks there for service. In October of 2023, I dropped my truck off to them for simple warranty work, and on October 25th, it was stolen off of their lot at 4pm in broad daylight. They didn't even notice it was missing for 2 days, but they then waited another 4 days to let me know about it. They assured me their insurance would cover the claim since it was on their lot, but that was not true. I had to file a claim against my own insurance, and they waited 30 days to tell me they weren't going to do anything and that I was on my own. They didn't have the courtesy of letting me drive a loaner vehicle while my insurance was settling the claim. In fact, the sales manager Aaron told me to my face that I was "lucky" I got to keep driving the loaner I had while my truck was there because "that's not their policy". I had to turn that in a week later and was without a vehicle for two months before it was all said and done. It was a constant shell game of who said what and who I needed to talk to and nobody knew anything or could give me any straight answers. They would not show me the camera footage of it being stolen but I've talked to other people who have seen it and the xxxxx were able to drive onto the lot and sit there for 30 MINUTES without anyone at the dealer noticing. In talking to other people, this is a very common issue with them and yet they still have customer's vehicles sitting in a dirt lot with no gate separating them from criminals that want to steal them. Their new car prices aren't much lower than other dealerships and they tack on a bunch of junk fees that are "mandatory". The salesman and sales managers are rude and pushy until you buy then you can't get them on the phone, and the service department is beyond incompetent. Avoid this dealership at all costs! More
