We were actually there only once ourselves for a few minutes just to pick the car up after the work was done. 2014 Expedition with over 130k miles, did some regular maint work & transmission warranty work. Steven followed up several times on the phone promptly, they had the car for a week including the day it arrived, very quick considering the work that was done. Good job-even though there are other big dealers closer, we'll probably be back. Thanks a million! More
