I dropped the car off for a minor issue (usb port not charging) and after over a week I got it back worse off with the check engine light on and black greasy hand prints all over the car. Not only can this dealership not do simple repairs properly, but instead of the staff treating customers with respect they blame customers for their mistakes and offer HORRIBLE service, both to people and vehicles. I didn't have an appointment, but my check engine light came on so I drove on over. Everyone was kind and checked real quick and found I needed new battery. Steven Yee was especially helpful.
