Worst dealership experience ever. First off don't believe the "we pay you on the spot for your trade" took over 2 weeks, then they had my bronco to "replace my top" when I got back ho First off don't believe the "we pay you on the spot for your trade" took over 2 weeks, then they had my bronco to "replace my top" when I got back home after they had it a week for the top I found bolts missing when they installed it. Had to order bolts 6$ each to fix that problem, brought it to a managers attention.....no response. Guess the sale is over with so not worried about it.And last they were supposed to transfer my purple heart plates to my new vehicle from my trade.. never happened!! Got regular plates so now I have to sit at the courthouse all day trying to fix there screw up. More

I just would like to say I'm really impressed with the team at this location, I have previously went to a different location for a vehicle, and it was not great but as soon as we came to the location Mich team at this location, I have previously went to a different location for a vehicle, and it was not great but as soon as we came to the location Michael Munevar JR was kind nice and willing to do anything to help.
