Service rep. Armando did a great job. I called other dealers to look at my transmission and was told I’d have to wait weeks to get in line to evaluate the problem. I had my truck towed to Katy Ford. Armando diagnosed the problem, he told me the part was difficult to find due to supply cashing issue. He was honest and upfront. Some how he got the part earlier than expected and they installed it that day. Thanks to them I didn’t have to rent a car for another week. The have my business now. Great service. I waited while my car got an alignment. I was set to get an oil change but supply chain issues on the filter caused us to have to delay that element.
