The Service Department at AutoNation Ford Katy did an excellent job on both the mechanical work and body work for my Ford Explorer. Demetris Williams did a PHENOMENAL JOB with helping me look and get a car . I was very scared at first , because this was my first time buying a car or even going to a dealership to get one at all ( mind look and get a car . Demetris listened and paid attention to EVERYTHING I mentioned about what I want in a car . I can't reverse park ( He got me a reverse camera), I love black( car black inside and out ), I wanted a fairly new/used car ,low mileage, sedan 4 door , reliable . He didn't rush me out , he didn't work with me as a sales man , but as a father figure who would want her daughter to have a reliable car that is reasonable priced and won't break down on me.  He even helped me look for car insurance and was very patient and answered all my questions . He didn't try to sale me anything just for the price and to make himself some money . He got me MY DREAM CAR that I've imagined having since I was 15 years old .
