Gunner from AutoNation Ford Katy was very patient and nice. He helped me through out the process of trading and buying a truck. It was a great experience overall.. nice. He helped me through out the process of trading and buying a truck. It was a great experience overall.. More
My service manager Mark was a good honest guy and got the service done well before I expected it. Only bad thing was they don't give loaners on recall service, which sort of sucks. service done well before I expected it. Great service experience - Giovanni R always takes great care of me. Check-in & Check-out were a breeze. Wait time was around an hour for the oil change & tire rotation. Only one issue, Tire pressure was no care of me. Check-in & Check-out were a breeze. Wait time was around an hour for the oil change & tire rotation. Only one issue, Tire pressure was not checked - My Ford app alerted me after I left the dealership that my tires needed air - They were between 27-29 psi. More

Richard Baxley was my sales guy. I was negotiating via text after leaving Joe Myers. We agreed on a price and then I made an appointment to come in person to test drive. Next thing I know the price jumped text after leaving Joe Myers. We agreed on a price and then I made an appointment to come in person to test drive. Next thing I know the price jumped up by $500. So I send him screen shots of our conversation and he claims he mistyped. Ok so that happens. But then he looks at the car and the seats are leather (ugly black and purple leather) so again the price jumps up. So I cancel the appointment and he finds another car the had cloth seats and the price range is within my budget. But now he tells me someone is coming for the car so first come first serve... This is obviously a scare tactic so I stop interacting with him. Hours later he sends me a picture of the keys and asks if I'm coming. I say no because he had someone else going up there. He then admits no one else is coming for the car. When I arrive he's deflated, lazy and tells me there's a wait for the finance guy. So I leave to go to Starbucks and tell him to call me when the guy is ready. Finally I talk to Alistair who, even though it's late in the evening evening, has energy, creates some commrodere and knows his cars and trucks. I actually enjoyed going over the warranties with him and laughed a lot. It didn't take long and he gave my a pink liscence plate for my sister. Richard your lame, Alistair you're cool. More
