I scheduled appt for 11 on a Friday to get door lock repaired. Dropped it off heard nothing all day. Started calling around 3 to see if it had been looked at but couldn’t get an answer. Finally at 430 or so someone answered and said it hadn’t been looked at and mechanics were gone for the day. Posted service hours are til 7 pm. Service guy did apologize but wouldn’t know anything til next day. Next day it was repaired and they called by noon. Part was available and could have been done in a couple hours. Why schedule an appt if they aren’t going to bother looking at it or even try. I’ll drive a little farther and take it to Bozard from now on .At least they communicate with the customer More

I had a bad experience at this facility. The staff seemed confused about how to do their job and would say they would call back the following day. I had the car in their shop for almost two The staff seemed confused about how to do their job and would say they would call back the following day. I had the car in their shop for almost two weeks waiting on what the diagnostic results were. I did have bad news regarding the problem with my vehicle but my problem with this experience was that my rep wouldn’t call or text me with any kind of updates. Specifically that they wouldn’t call me when they said they would. If you say you are going to do something, you should do what you said or communicate before the timeline approaches that you need to reframe that. Except that would require communication. I will never buy another ford due to this experience. More
