If you need warranty work done don’t go here. I had my first appt on 22 July to fix my back up camera which had been blanking out and window not staying rolled up. The window issue was fixed at the time o first appt on 22 July to fix my back up camera which had been blanking out and window not staying rolled up. The window issue was fixed at the time of turn in. I was told parts were ordered for the backup camera issue and that they would call me when the parts came in. I Never received a call they were in so I called on 30 Aug and were told they came in on that Saturday so I Made an appt for 8am Sep 2nd. When I came in for the appt and asked about time it took for the parts to come in the Warranty service agent said the parts didn’t need to be ordered that they’d been here all the time. 3hrs after I’d turned my car in I was told there’s no code popping up so there was no issue to fix. I explained the malfunction, again, so he talked to the maintenance guy who then looked and said the camera needed to be replaced. Later they decided to reprogram the camera instead of replacing it and told me it would take another 1 1/2 hrs (after having spent 3hrs supposedly pulling codes). When they finally completed the reprogramming they pulled the car came around where it sat for almost 45 minutes while I waited for the individual to turn it back over to me. It should also be noted I stood at the desk awaiting his return for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. When finally noticed, it still took 2 people another 20+ minutes to find him and for him to return. More
My contact with the service department was nice. Although I did not get updates often, the ones I did get were nice, they just were not consistent. Outside of this, the biggest issue I had was spending so mu I did not get updates often, the ones I did get were nice, they just were not consistent. Outside of this, the biggest issue I had was spending so much money on a repair and tune up, and no one could be bothered to run it through the car wash. Little details count, and make you want to return. At this point, the experience did not meet the expense. More

Not educational on the process pertaining to say to recalls. I was told the part was on back order & my van would have to sit for moths. I took it to another Ford dealership & it was fixed in a week. Usually pretty good. Bad experience last time in. No paperwork provided, the tech who checked me in just left. I had to track down where my truck was. Probably never going back to AN Ford. Every time I bring in my truck for service, it's another Thousand dollars or more. I brought in my 2010 F-150 for a heater core leak. I know enough about mechanics t in my truck for service, it's another Thousand dollars or more. I brought in my 2010 F-150 for a heater core leak. I know enough about mechanics that they were going to have to remove my entire dash to replace the core and hoses. What Makes me SO MAD is every time I bring it in, they "find something else"...I was told by the service writer, that along with core and hoses, the mechanic recommends that I also replace the water pump and thermostat. Total for the work is estimated at $2800.00. I explained to the writer that my truck has never run hot, has had the coolant flushed as a scheduled maintenance, so why should I replace something that isn't broken? I instructed them to leave my water pump and Thermostat alone. He then proceeds to tell me that they noticed moisture around the AC condenser and recommends that I replace that too, because it could be leaking...That would be another $1000.00 if I elect to do so. I explained, my AC is running fine and blows very cold and why should I replace something that isn't broken? - Checked and verified that there isn't anything wrong. He then proceeds to tell me the mechanic found a small transmission leak and I should consider replacing the seals and and trans flush...That would be another $1000.00 - Checked and verified there was nothing wrong... He then proceeds to tell me about a leaky pinion seal (they fixed once before) and that would be about $700.00 OMFG!!!!....Checked and verified there was nothing wrong with this either. So, before I go back there where they feel the need to xxxx me with add-ons and up-charges, I'll take my business elsewhere. More
