I bought my vehicle from Auto Nation Sanford in June and had NOTHING but a positive experience. Due to not living in the area I still wanted to give my business to an Auto Nation since my experience was so had NOTHING but a positive experience. Due to not living in the area I still wanted to give my business to an Auto Nation since my experience was so great...but Jacksonville location is nothing of what I experienced an Sanford. My appointment was at 10:45am and I dropped my car off at 10am. I was scheduled for a re-call and to fix my screen as there was a issue with my screen going black...my car was not even touched until 4:30 which I know because with the screen re-set disconnected my car from my app. I never received a call about my car being ready and finally gave them a call at 5pm to ask for any type of update. I am not one to complain as long as I am in the loop of what is going on but for them to have my car from 10am to 5:45pm with no update is ridiculous. Furthermore, in the Ford experience I should have been given a ride back home but I paid out of pocket for for an Uber. It literally says on the site that you can be given a ride back to your location when scheduling. My father works for a Ford dealership and has been with Ford for 10+ years in Kentucky and I KNOW this is not how Ford operates their business-- very disappointed in the service I was given. Next time I will gladly drive to Auto Nation Sanford where I know I will receive the Ford experience. More
Recently moved to Florida and chose Auto Nation Ford as my dealer for routine service on my Ford F-Series Trucks. I have have had three oil/changes and/or routine service events based on recommended mileag my dealer for routine service on my Ford F-Series Trucks. I have have had three oil/changes and/or routine service events based on recommended mileage in as many months. Each time I have had something negative to report….from little things like, not putting next recommended oil change stickers in the upper corner of the windshield or not resetting the oil life monitor, to larger things like completely incorrectly putting proper air pressure in 4 tires (recommended front pressure put in rear and vice versa) anyone who has heavy Duty trucks knows very well more pressure in back and less in front….not this dealerships service team, they like heavy in front and light in rear. The biggest issue for me was the rude and unprofessional experience of the last visit. I have several Ford trucks and one Lincoln SUV (wife) and unfortunately have to take my business to another Ford dealership as my time is too valuable to make numerous return trips for shortfalls of their staff. More
Most frustrating experience. I have been a customer for three years and will not return. I had a 9:15 appointment for a simple oil change. At 10:45, I requested a status and was told there were two cars ah three years and will not return. I had a 9:15 appointment for a simple oil change. At 10:45, I requested a status and was told there were two cars ahead of me. I had the service writer bring my car around. I also spoke with the manager who complained about how busy and short handed they were. He offered to pick up, service, and deliver my car to me. How was that helpful? I would have had no car all day. Should I need service beyond routine maintenance, I’ll travel 20 miles before I return to this location. More

I drive by the Ford dealer at Regency to come to AutoNation because of the outstanding service I can get my vehicle serviced when needed without making an appointment weeks in advance and the parts AutoNation because of the outstanding service I can get my vehicle serviced when needed without making an appointment weeks in advance and the parts, etc are always avaialble on a same or next day basis. Susan has been my Service Advisor for many years. She has given me great advice throughout the years. I trust her implicitly! With the exception of once installing new windshield wipers incorrectly, in 21 ye given me great advice throughout the years. I trust her implicitly!
