Update* The GM did eventually provide a loaner, they ended up taking 2 full months on my vehicle, i lost track of how many times my vehicle "was next in line" the loaner was an new F150 Ecoboost with 98 miles on it. The loaner also had manufacture warranty issues, the raido often would freeze and play screetching sounds through the speakers, when i put it in reverse most of the time the screen would freeze, the camera would freeze (so not actually showing where im backing up) and play scretching sounds through the speakers. I was called on a Saturday and told my vehicle was ready, i went to pick it up. At no time through the entire process did the GM, Service Manager, or any manager for that matter ever come out and talk to me directly. They would always say they were busy and have someone else assist. When i picked up my vehicle i was told he didnt have the paperwork but it was ready, he said someone would reach out with all the documentation. Well ive had my vehicle for a few weeks now, no one reached out, no one explained what was actually wrong with it, what was replaced, no evidence or proof of the labor, why it took so long, nothing.... So i guess, at least i have my vehicle and it seems to be running fine... Knock on wood.
