If zero stars was an option, that is what would be selected. Why is it that dealerships think that their service departments can treat people however they want? Called two months in advance to have th selected. Why is it that dealerships think that their service departments can treat people however they want? Called two months in advance to have them order the exact parts I needed. Brought my truck in and left it with them 4 days earlier than my scheduled appointment to give them no excuses. Came back to pick it up a week later, none of the work had been completed, nor had I gotten a single call updating me. They said they would order the parts and contact me when they arrive. So I took my truck and left. They never called to let me know the parts arrived, then when I followed up and spoke to the manager, he said they had arrived and they would set-up a truck pickup and the service. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't gotten a call back. Avoid this place and Coggin at all cost. I am going to give Duval Ford a shot and hopefully they are better. More
