The customer service is outstanding and the repair shop always does a great job. Never had to take my vehicle back for the same repair. Always done right the 1st time everytime. Very good service experience. James has a great group, they go out of there way to help me get in and out and solve my problems. Scheduled service appointment a week out. Dropped vehicle off and waited all day. Finally I called dealer at end of the day to check status only to find out vehicle had not even been touched yet. My service writer Jessica is very professional and thorough. I had another service writer on my last service who allowed the service tech to miss some items so had return to the dealer. This has never thorough. I had another service writer on my last service who allowed the service tech to miss some items so had return to the dealer. This has never happened with Jessica and I will requesting her services in the future. A valuable employee no doubt. The dealers inventory on new products was very scarce, which makes me wonder if they will remain open. I hope that does not happen. More
