My service writer Jessica is very professional and thorough. I had another service writer on my last service who allowed the service tech to miss some items so had return to the dealer. This has never thorough. I had another service writer on my last service who allowed the service tech to miss some items so had return to the dealer. This has never happened with Jessica and I will requesting her services in the future. A valuable employee no doubt. The dealers inventory on new products was very scarce, which makes me wonder if they will remain open. I hope that does not happen. More
