Not happy with the communication. I dropped my company vehicle off for repairs. Was told 2 days later it had a major electrical issue and they needed it for a few more days. After I dropped my company vehicle off for repairs. Was told 2 days later it had a major electrical issue and they needed it for a few more days. After 7 days I was told they were working on it but that it got busy so they hadn't touched it 4 or 5 days. Was then told the electrical issue was on their end and they couldn't find anything wrong with the original complaint. They still had to order the part for the windshield wipers after having the vehicle for over 10 days at that point. After 16 days in the shop I finally got my vehicle back. Thank goodness my company paid for all repairs and paid for my rental car because if I would have had to pay for everything I would have been pissed even more than I already was and would have filed a lawsuit against this dealership. Very poor service and not worthy of a 1 star. I like Ford but will never use this dealership again More
I had a 7 am appointment but took my SUV in the evening before. I was told that my appointment was with Heather. She announced that she didn’t know why they scheduled me with her because she was going to b before. I was told that my appointment was with Heather. She announced that she didn’t know why they scheduled me with her because she was going to be off the next day, Another man told her she had 5 appointments the next day. She didn’t offer to help me. After a few awkward minutes, David said he would handle it. After not hearing anything , I called about 1:30 the next day and the lady who answered said she would have David call me back. I waited 45 minutes and called again. David said there were several things that needed to be repaired but there was no information on the check engine light being on which is why I took the vehicle in. David said he would check on that and call me back. I waited an hour for a response. I don’t know if the people in the service department are too busy for all of their appointments or if they just don’t care about customer service. I felt like I was an imposition on their time. The service department on Phillips Highway was the same so I was hoping for better service on Blanding. Although I have always owned Ford vehicles, I will try another Ford service department. If all Ford dealerships’ service departments are the same, I will find a dealership with a service department that cares about its customers. More
