Customer service was good and staff very polite, but I made an appointment for a recall and to address a service requirement on my tire servicing kit for 2017 mustang. The appointment was at 930am. At 430pm I had not received a call so I called them. I was told my vehicle was ready. When I picked up the car, the service rep told me they ordered parts for the recall and I would need to schedule another appointment when the parts came in. She also told me that she reset the service indicator for the tire servicing kit as soon as I arrived. So my car was there for seven hours to order parts and to not even look at the tire servicing kit, only to reset the indication inside the vehicle. Just a bit frustrating. Plus the appointment was made almost 2 weeks in advance. More

Overall, the service at Autonation is very good, but it was the communication from our service advisor that made the difference.
