Excellent service. Recall parts came in after my appointment was scheduled. They were able to perform the recall service saving me a second trip for service. They gave me a price of over $1500 to repair with parts, labor, shop fees, and tax. Something didn't feel right about that price, so I reached out to AutoNation of Orange Park to inquire the same repair and service. The service tech called me back to inform me that it would be $895 to repair with parts, labor, shop fees, and tax. The same job that there Avenues store was going to preform. This just confirms that The Avenues store just through out a price to see if I would pay it. Do Not get your vehicle repairs done at AutoNation of Avenues unless you like being over charged!!! More
I brought my 2016 Ford Escape in to have the radio fixed and a recall done. They said the radio was not showing any codes. I’m not sure what happened but for the past several weeks no sound was coming out and a recall done. They said the radio was not showing any codes. I’m not sure what happened but for the past several weeks no sound was coming out of the radio and when I left the radio worked. Works for me! Stephanie and the mechanic were very kind and understanding. Even sat in my car to be sure the radio worked when hooked up to my phone. More
Had to return truck for leaking fuel and interior access not closed up, after fuel pump and module was replaced. I met with service manager and dealer manager emphasizing poor repairs, communication and a work order for returned repairs; leaking fuel and fumes coming into cab was serious. I got a call from Service Manager that leaking fuel pump was repaired and wanted to keep truck overnight. I previously had them check battery 2 times be cause low battery messages display and auto stop/start was no longer working. I ask him to check it out since they were keeping truck overnight. I got a call the next day about 5 PM to deliver truck and ask to speak to service manager; he wasn’t available I never heard back from service manager or received a work order. What was done to the truck overnight and all day? I am disappointed in the mechanic and service manager for poor workmanship and communications. My trucks have been serviced by this dealership since before it became AutoNation. The only good in the visit was the service writer, who I made sure wasn’t in the middle of this mess. Also, there was no follow-up from dealership manager about service or ordering a new truck. Another lack of communication - disappointing. Why should I buy a new truck from this dealership that can’t communicate to developing a trusting relationship? More
