Terrible service department. I scheduled service for a Ford issued recall. The day I drop the car off, they call at the end of the day to say they don’t have the part. Call the end of the next day to say they still don’t have it. Total waste of two days, when the appointment was scheduled for two weeks ahead. They knew it was for the recall. Total waste of time. Convenient location in relation to work and home. Switched from other dealership due to this fact for my car maintenance. Once someone is helping, everything is fine but when someone walks into the service area, someone should acknowledge a customer and say hello in the least (even from the parts counter). Standing around five minutes is too long not to be at least greeted. More
It was a much better experience than I anticipated. I didn’t have to wait long for the scuttle bus, which was wonderful service by Antwan Riley. I enjoyed the travel and discussions on the trip. Also, Gary Chaney the service adviser was extremely nice and helpful, with my other concerns on my vehicle. I felt Gary was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my Ford. It was a perfect day and much better than previous visits years ago. I’ll be visiting more often now, other than using local tire, oil and fly by night mechanical outfits. Nice noticeable improvement! Enjoyed this opportunity! More
I like autonation phillips highway, dealt with them for years, terry leonard is an excellent saleman. I need to share that I am not happy with the ecoboost escape. I went in because my Escape was a recall for something needed to be checked for driveability of the car. I made my appointment on line with my agent Stephanie to bring the car in., time as arranged and so needed to be checked for driveability of the car. Everything went smoothly and I waited in the clean, cheerful waiting area and was asked if I needed more coffee to fill my cup I brought from home.I read my book and soon Stephanie came to say all was finished and recall item was fixed at no charge because it was a recall from the Ford factory. Was able to book an oil change online which was convenient. Showed up and was greeted and car was taken back promptly. Was a bit surprised when I was told the oil change would cost $300. Oil change was complete and I was in my way in under an hour. Lounge to wait was clean and comfortable. Once I got home I could smell oil burning. The next morning I noticed oil had dripped onto my garage floor. I notified the dealership and was told to bring the car back in. When I did they explained when the oil was changed the oil spilled on the splash guard and was not cleaned by the mechanic before it was returned to me. They suggested next time not booking the last appointment in the day when mechanics are in a hurry. More
