Worst customer service ever. Had my truck for 3 days to diagnose CEL and fix brake lights. Had to eventually call the GM just to get a callback from service advisor for update. When I picked up the truck I asked assistant to help me check the brake lights. Still weren’t working. Two more times back to the tech while I waited to finally get them working. Unbelievable. Apparently they do not have a service manager and the customer service shows. Will never go back there. Customers beware! Find another dealer if you must have your car fixed by one. More

The dealership is fine and the staff is friendly. I took my car in for a wheel alignment. As I drove home, I noticed a huge improvement. My car was drifting to the right and was very annoying. As I drove home, I noticed it was still drifting to the right, just not as much. I thought it was in my head, but as I drove it on the Interstate, the car was still drifting slightly. This drift has nothing to do with the crown in the road. It's 85% better but after paying $152.84 with tax, I believe it should be 100%. More

The initial service call I was placed on hold after 10 minutes I elected to have an automatic callback, never happened. I called again after 20 minutes I was able to talk to a rep. When I brought the car in Susan Gunnell was the Rep I worked with she was excellent, informative and very positive. She should be promoted! More
People were nice and the service waiting room was clean and comfortable. However, I was told on the phone they would order the parts and my service would be completed on my scheduled day. This was not true and comfortable. However, I was told on the phone they would order the parts and my service would be completed on my scheduled day. This was not true as my service was not able to completed because they did not have the parts, and I am still waiting to hear when they can repair the recall on my vehicle. More
