Went in for my first service (oil change) and they kept my vehicle for 24 hours. After I called multiple times to follow up on when the oil change would be completed, no one could find my vehicle in the sy my vehicle for 24 hours. I was told that a part would need to be ordered to fix an issue with my Ford Edge and they would need to keep the car for an extra day. After calling 3x I was finally told car was ready to be picked up. Whe issue with my Ford Edge and they would need to keep the car for an extra day. After calling 3x I was finally told car was ready to be picked up. When I got there the repair was not completed and there was no record of the part being ordered. I asked for someone to call me back the next day which also did not happen. Plus my car was covered with dust and dead leaves when they gave it back to me. Definitely a lot dirtier than when I drooped it off. I will not be returning to this dealership. Customer service has really gone downhill. More

My vehicle was diagnosed with a failing water pump on January 27th. The work couldn’t not be completed that day so my vehicle was returned to me and I would be contacted once they were ready for the vehi January 27th. I reached back out to them on the 3rd of February and was told I couldn’t get back on schedule until Feb 13! I dropped the vehicle off on the 12th leaving keys in the drop box, called at noon on the 13th and no one had even touched the vehicle but I was promised it would be ready by 3:30 pm on the 14th! Well on the 14th I received a call at 2:30 stating that the vehicle wouldn’t be ready and I would have to leave it for an additional night! I made the advisor aware that I would not be able to do that because of prior appointments that I must make it to! He advised me that the vehicle was disassembled and suggested I rent a car on my dime! “Absolutely not” was my response. I was then advised that they would have the vehicle ready when I arrived! Upon arrival I was told the vehicle was ready but would need to be returned the following morning because instead of replacing the old water pump with the new one they put the old one back on!(Cant make this stuff up) Returned the following morning and was promised that the vehicle would be ready by noon. The vehicle was indeed ready. After cleaning my truck I found a brand new unopened seal that I was required to purchase for the repair in the passenger door of my truck. So I went back to the dealership and was guaranteed that the seal was an extra that the tech had misplaced and mine was replaced. The very next morning I was back at the dealership because my truck was smoking due to coolant from a hose that wasn’t replaced spewing coolant all over my engine!! The vehicle spent another whole day in the shop! Hopefully there are no further issues. I will not entrust this service department with any repairs to my vehicle ever again More
