I personally never felt that I was being pressured into buying a car/truck, otherwise I would have done an about face! Dealing with Lance H. I appreciated his sincerity and willingness to help me in my pa buying a car/truck, otherwise I would have done an about face! Dealing with Lance H. Interesting note, my cousin was the Gen Mgr/Vice Pres of the former Kings Crown Ford Dealership at this particular location. I have done business with them for over 20 years. As a result, I felt a connection to the current establishment. I paid a little more than what I wanted to, but, that's how it goes sometimes. The biggest compliment I can give you is this---COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMER! I was able to get a great price on a used truck thaks to Brian Loblein. Brian was able to find the car that I wanted and within 2 days had it on the lot and within 2 hours we agreed on a price and I was on Brian Loblein. Brian was able to find the car that I wanted and within 2 days had it on the lot and within 2 hours we agreed on a price and I was on the road with a new car. Craig Call did a great job in assisting me with a Ford Mustang purchase. I was interested in a Mustang, but was just browsing. Craig Call was a great salesman. Very knowledgeable about the Ford Fusion and very bright. Followed up after the sale the next day with a phone call. Answered many questions that I had about the SYNC about the Ford Fusion and very bright. Followed up after the sale the next day with a phone call. Answered many questions that I had about the SYNC computer system in the Fusion SE. He sent me an email a week later notifying me about SYNC workshops that the delaer would be holding in the future.
