I bought my son his first car from Mike Shad Ford recently. I have bought two other cars for my two daughters in the past---one a Volvo and the other a VW Toureg, so this was not my first time comple recently. I received great help, guidance and an extremely positive attitude from John Ramirez the minute I stepped on the lot. John helped my son and I with not only the right car but a very insightful test drive that put my son at ease from the minute he got in the car. It took us just under 1 hour to know we would be buying this car from John that day. After buying the car while my son sat in our car outside the office, I asked John for a favor to see if he would help me with a surprise at the Dealership the next day to make this purchase a really important day for my son. He was outstanding in his role and helped me make it a day that we will never forget! Thanks to John and all of the folks at Mike Shad Ford for their help during an important time in my son's life. My wife and I went down to Mike Shad Ford to purchase a new Ford Fusion. In all honesty we had already been to another Ford dealer near Regency and had a bad experience with a sales person. We were frustrated and just wanted to get the experience over with. When we arrived we were greeted by Ricardo Allen. We informed him as to what we wanted. He ask us to come inside and he would see what he had in inventory that would suite our need. He found the car at another AutoNation lot in Tampa. We purchased the car and was out of his office within an hour. The quickest I have ever purchased a car and I'm old and have purchased a lot of cars. The car came in within the three days he told us. We went down to pick it up and all the paperwork was ready. We signed the paperwork, picked up the car and drove away as Happy People. I would recommend this dealership to anyone purchasing a vehicle expecially if they get to deal with Ricardo Allen. Bottom line here is " Purchasing this car was fun !
