My service advisor, Waylon, was excellent. he was attentive and accurately took my repair request. Not only was the repairs done but the technician took the time to buff out a recent light scr he was attentive and accurately took my repair request. Not only was the repairs done but the technician took the time to buff out a recent light scratch that ran from the front fender to rear quarter panel of my F150. I was pleasantly surprised as it was unexpected (not on the repair list). This is a very pleasant shop, I've been coming here for 6 years and everyone is professional. Totally recommend this dealership. More
They were courteous, polite and professional. Randy went above and beyond to help us find a 2022 mustang GT. He found one, went down on his day off to pick it up. To our surprise not only was it the perfect color, the bonus is the Mustang is a GT/CS!!! This dealership went way beyond any other Ford dealership we had stop at! So they are #1 in our book!!! More
Not the best customer service. I felt that the sales force, managers and finance manager weren’t that interested in my priorities, timeline or concerns but more like I would get t I felt that the sales force, managers and finance manager weren’t that interested in my priorities, timeline or concerns but more like I would get the vehicle when it’s convenient for them and their schedule. I agreed to buy on Saturday but the vehicle wasn’t at that store, it arrived on Wednesday. There finance offer was not competitive but then after I found financing only then did they call me to try to compete, then two more days to complete the paperwork and take delivery. That was eight days ago and I still don’t have all of the final paperwork and tag. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership. More

This past weekend, I went to this specific Ford dealership specifically for an oil change as well as an alignment as I had recently installed a brand new set of wheels and tires on my Focus ST. Upo dealership specifically for an oil change as well as an alignment as I had recently installed a brand new set of wheels and tires on my Focus ST. Upon check out, I was never advised if my vehicle needed anything, if the alignment was completed, and or was shown the alignment specification sheet( (post alignment) showing that my vehicle was in the proper spec. After leaving the dealership, I looked over my paperwork and found that the alignment was completed as “best as possible” but that it couldn’t be done accurately due to warn inner and outer tie rods. I was very upset as I was charged for the full alignment without being quoted and/or told about this problem. The right and moral procedure would have been to take my vehicle off the alignment rack, get an estimate for parts and labor, and have the service advisor call me with an update. Best case scenario, I would purchase the $500 tie rod repair (found this price out as I had to go back in to ask for a quote) and proceed with the alignment. Having experience working as a production manager with a BMW service department, it was blatantly obvious to me that the technician was more concerns with getting his hours rather than doing his job appropriately. This felt disrespectful and deceitful and actions like this is what gives dealerships a bad reputation. I attempted to call the dealership multiple times and was advised that the service manager would be in touch. My last contact was yesterday morning. I’m hoping this issue gets resolved. I would contemplate returning to this dealership if they do reach back out to resolve the issue as I have had to resolve those issues in my past experience in the industry, however, I will not give them further business if the issue goes unresolved. More
