I have purchased 3 cars at this dealership over the past 19 years. I have always used their service on my cars. They have given me excellent service every time!! No better or worse than any other dealership, thus far. Negotiated a price but when vehicle arrived the price presented had increased. Did not offer as much for my trade as 3 other dealerships did so the Negotiated a price but when vehicle arrived the price presented had increased. Did not offer as much for my trade as 3 other dealerships did so the vehicle was traded at one of the other dealerships. There was/is a discrepancy in the amount that should have been refunded for the tags. They explained it but by using simple math the amount that I was refunded appears to be less than what was expected. Some of the parts ordered with the vehicle build did not arrive so I will have to schedule a date to have those items installed when they arrive. Sales rep and sales manager would descent...no complaints there. Overall, thus far, I wouldn't place them higher than any other dealership. More

The service visit was for a recall. When I made the appointment they said it would take about 4-5 hours. They offered a shuttle to take me to a nearby mall because they said I could n When I made the appointment they said it would take about 4-5 hours. They offered a shuttle to take me to a nearby mall because they said I could not stay there and wait, which was puzzling. But they had my car ready much earlier than estimated so that was great. More
