I walked in with my son to just do a test drive as I've never owned a pick up truck back in October of 2021. I met my salesman, Terry and there was zero pressure. He was disarming and after a few minutes i just knew i would be buying a truck from him. Long story short, I placed an order for a 2022 F150 3.5L Hybrid Lariat. It wasn't that day but a week or so later b/c he texted regularly and again just made me feel really comfortable. As we all know new car deliveries are not the fastest thing. We continued to stay in touch for almost 10 months until the truck shipped. He didn't have to do that, that's a long time to engage a customer and one that peppered him with text messages weekly for updates. Ask for Terry when you go to AutoNation Ford! More
