Bad experience with sales person and supervisors. They don’t Not train their sales people to know that a customer cannot give a deposit for a vehicle that has not being fully inspected yet. After being told by used car sales manager Noel and sales person Diego to come in to give a deposit on the 2016 Porsche PANAMERA, I arrived and was declined by the used car Director Fadil to give a deposit. Supposedly “3 other interested parties” were declined from giving a deposit. However, I was the 4th interested party and was given the 1st choice to buy the vehicle after the inspection. To me, I was xx’d by Fadil and the “3 other interested parties” were unfairly treated. I was able to buy the car ahead of them. One good thing though is that Fadil gave in to replacing the 2 front tires. That’s because I insisted since they’re worn out and were 4/32 in measurement. I insisted to do the right thing and he finally gave in. 2 weeks after my purchase (10/14/24 a holiday ) had a 1030 appointment for warranty alignment and tire balance. 2 hours after the car had been in service, I’m told by Amber that the alignment could not be done at their facilities. She said that the car had to be sent to the Porsche dealership to be aligned. How could they not know that they couldn’t align the car there to begin with? Then half hour after Amber came back to me to tell me that after all they’re able to have it aligned there instead of sending it to the Porsche dealership. Amber said “they found a machine and one of the guys used to work for Porsche” so I had to continue waiting. It took them from 1034-1305 (2.5 hours) to figure out that they could accomplish the service. Then I had to start waiting for the alignment to be started at that time. I wasted my entire holiday in there waiting. Overall disappointed of how very disorganized they are operating the service department. More

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They work with you until they have your money, and then you are not important. I was sold a warranty I could not use because the local Auto Nat with. They work with you until they have your money, and then you are not important. I was sold a warranty I could not use because the local Auto Nation does not complete services that the warranty covered. After contacting the store to request a refund, I was not helped at all. Once I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I finally got a response from the store. My warranty was supposed to be refunded after I signed the paperwork over two months ago, but I still have not received it. Once again, I have tried to get someone to answer me about the refund status, and no one will respond. Once again, the worst customer service ever!!! More
