AutoNation Ford Gulf Freeway - Service Center

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation as well as an inspection. My vehicle failed inspection and needed to have some software resets and such. My service advisor Alex and the service depa as well as an inspection. My vehicle failed inspection and needed to have some software resets and such. My service advisor Alex and the service department manager went to great lengths to have my vehicle taken care of and put me in a loaner car for work. I truly appreciate the professionalism and desire to satisfy customers to the best of their ability. A pleasure working with Mikayla, the service received was good, but the service technician apparently spilled some oil. Oil on side of engine and oil spots on driveway, not a deal breaker, but could have don good, but the service technician apparently spilled some oil.
