Awesome Service from the start to the end. Brought my F150 for an oil change and a tire rotation. Truck was sanitized with some type of ghostbuster looking thing. It took to long to repair my vehicle. Parts had to be ordered, which I understood. I was given the excuse that the tech was off or sick. Did not get regular updates. I had to call sometime to get a statu ordered, which I understood. I was given the excuse that the tech was off or sick. Did not get regular updates. I had to call sometime to get a status. When I attempted to contact a supervisor, I had little success. I was able to talk to Baron for about thirty seconds. He was going to investigate and call me back , never has. When I called back, he was off sick. I was then told Aron was the supervisor. Left a message for him to call to set up a meeting. To this day, I have not heard from him. If I had been given updates on what was going, I would have felt better. I understand some of the problems they had , but I was left in the dark . I have done business with this dealership for twenty years. This was the worst experience that I have ever had. I may add that I drive from Richmond Texas to have work done on this vehicle. Valerie was a bright spot to the hole ordeal. She remained cool at the times I was highly upset. More
