They kept my car for seven hours changing the oil and did not do the 3 recalls that I told them about. Then I couldn’t pay with my Ford points because they didn’t use Ford parts that are required to use Ford not do the 3 recalls that I told them about. Service has really slipped. Ridiculous to have to make an appointment a week in advance to get an oil change. Looks like there is a larger sales staff than service staff.
