This is the worst service I have ever had. My advisor never never had an update on my vehicle. It was always let me talk to the technician and call you back. I would never get a call back and I would hav never never had an update on my vehicle. It was always let me talk to the technician and call you back. I would never get a call back and I would have to call back in. Even when I called back in my advisor still had no answer. The advisor would try and blame the extended warranty, however when I called them they would have all the information and let me know they was trying to talk to FORD, and has been trying for weeks. FORD had my truck for about 45 days and it took me and my wife to go sit in the waiting room, for my advisor to complete my vehicle. On top of that I ask my advisor can they do a state inspection because they had my truck for a month and a half. The advisor said they could not do it because they disconnected the battery and did not drive the vehicle 70 miles to correct the CPU. When mean I had to drive off there lot with a vehicle without an state inspection so I could get my updated tags. Thank you FORD for this. I will never go back to this location for anything. More

Still under dealer work warranty . My guest they wanted to find some Thing else to fix to change me for Other repairs. And not warranty what they had CHARGE me for. Not honest about what my truck needed. Told me I had a huge oil leak that needed to be repaired and the truck would not be ready until Monday. I bought a 2016 F150 and traded in a 2013 F150 with no issue, I wrote them a check for over $12,000 and left. A little later I started having mechanical issues with rough idling and poor gas mileage. I was told it was probably the auto shut off kicking in on the vehicle at stop light or in traffic (this truck does not have that feature). My sales rep Cameron Thomas said bring it in, so I did. When I was there he went to the service folks and then told me they were too busy and I would have to come back. About 2 weeks later and still having issues I got it to the service department and left it with Krystal Clark, they had it for 4 days and said no problem could be found and nothing could be done. I have video of the issues with the truck and provided the DTC P0012 code along with how and when the issue specifically occurs. All I was told was, "we couldn't replicate it'. Seems like they are waiting for my 4 month warranty to run out so they can charge me thousands of dollars for a fix. Really hate spending my money and giving them a vehicle that worked to get one with issues that aren't being addressed. More
