When is an appointment not an appointment? Apparently at AutoNation. Last week had an 11 appointment to Recertify recall work that AutoNation did on our Ford two years ago. I asked if there was an issue and was told it's a formally in case I sell or trade in the vehicle. My teen drives this car so I set up an 11 am, only to find out that's only the drop-off time and this inspection will take up to 4 hours. Oh, the shuttle will take me home/work but stops running after 2pm for some reason. I leave. Two calls the next week and I'm assured that it won't be the same and if it is I'll get a loaner. 11am, drop off, looks the same, told it'll be less than 2 hours, I wait (wrong move, should've asked for loaner right then), at hour 3, I ask for loaner, told that my car will be ready in 20 min, I ask for loaner, told I need a credit card for incidentals, and my insurance card (which is in my vehicle) and asked, you don't have a copy in your wallet? e-sign contract for loaner and just like that my car is ready. Can I give negative stars? Very few people wearing mask, mostly customers. More

Service was terrible. Had my car for over a week to diagnose check engine light. There were no service rentals available. Could not get calls returned from service advisor. Turned out to be a faulty se diagnose check engine light. There were no service rentals available. Could not get calls returned from service advisor. Turned out to be a faulty sensor easily repaired in minutes. Will be looking for a different dealer for service in the future. More
First Service Adviser would not return calls or emails! Had to take off from work twice to visit dealership to get status of vehicle. The last advisor "Mikala" did a terrific job!! Trust is the word I would use when I talk about the team at AutoNation Ford thanks to Jeremy the director in the service department. I was frustrated with an issues my car kept giving me and he explained w at AutoNation Ford thanks to Jeremy the director in the service department. Windshield wiper fluid looked like dirty sink water was used to fill up. And my engine oil life was not reset. Pretty bad experience overall. Second time getting the same experience. 0/10 would not recommend. More
