Took my car in for a recall. Waited in the service area for about 2.5 hours. Finally I went to the service desk and asked about my car. They said at that time there was no recall Waited in the service area for about 2.5 hours. Finally I went to the service desk and asked about my car. They said at that time there was no recall on my car. So I sat there for all that time and nothing was done to my car. If I hadn't gone to the service desk myself there is no telling how long I would have been there. When I left I was given no paperwork stating I had even taken my car in. I take my car there for service when needed but not anymore. I will take it to another ford service dept. even if I have to drive farther..I have also bought my last four cars there but I don't think I will do that eighter...Lesson learned More

The employees, especially in the service depart are rude and unprofessional. They NEVER greet you as soon as you walk into the building. You will stand there for quite awhile until someone actually acknowle and unprofessional. They NEVER greet you as soon as you walk into the building. I received a TEXT message approximately six days later stating my vehicle was ready for pickup. What service department does that! More
My time at the dealership was ok nothing special just sitting around waiting watching tv looking online you know just waiting could add coffee if i wanted to but i don't drink coffee the people out side sitting around waiting watching tv looking online you know just waiting could add coffee if i wanted to but i don't drink coffee the people out side the business(just one man help me when i first pulled up i asked him were should i go for recall service he was really kind and told me were i was to go park my truck were he told me to lucky their was only one person in front me which was a good sign my appointment was for 9:00am which i was their a couple minutes early when in side the lady at the front desk help me sing in took my name phone number my email address showed me were i could go to wait on my truck,waited about 2 hrs which was what she the lady at the counter told me it would be sure enough it was around 2 and a so hrs the waiting was not so bad although on a Saturday could have spent my Saturday doing something better than sitting at a car dealer ship but the day was getting really cold and winding so sitting there was not all that bad plus got my truck inspected got the recall all taken care of in case Ford comes back on me if something goes wrong with my truck Ford can't say it's my fault for not taking the truck in for the recall service.Over all it was not bad i do it again if you all have another recall if you do maybe I'll think twice about buying a Ford just joking i pretty please with my truck i buy another one Keith More
