We have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and have had no issues with the sales department. The service department however is horrible. Now I really wish I hadn't paid extra for the service plan on my had no issues with the sales department. The service department however is horrible. Now I really wish I hadn't paid extra for the service plan on my second vehicle. They kept our older vehicle for almost 8 weeks with little to no communication about what was going on. When we would reach, either they didn't know the status or no one responded to us. During that time problems came up and they quoted us to fix it. At the end of the 8 weeks they figure out that what they originally repaired was the cause of the other issues. The last week they had our vehicle, they finally had a loaner available. Suddenly the truck is fixed and we can pick it up. A couple of days after picking up the vehicle, we discover that they in fact did not fix the problem, but instead have created another problem. When we reached out to them, they said they would come up with a plan. We still have not heard back from anyone. I am beyond frustrated at this point. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago. At one point while I was in the dealership, there was another customer complaining about something similar. Just recently I went to look at reviews and I see there are many customers with similar complaints. I wish I would have read them before. This is not good business. I wish I could just take the truck to another dealership, but I don't want to pay for the repairs that they caused. There were so many little things that could have been done to maintain good customer service. Unfortunately, AutoNation Ford dropped the ball on all of them. I hope that they do something to make this better. More
Went in for seatbelt recheck employee found 2 more recalls needed to leave overnight but couldn’t and wouldn’t provide a loaner or rental car. Excellent communication and constant updates from Service advisor Trent! Took a few weeks to get the truck back but that was to be expected given the current state of delays and parts shortages. Scheduled service for 2 recalls. 3 days later they called and said they needed to order parts for recall and rescheduled for 3 weeks later. Came up on day of appointment and they sta 3 days later they called and said they needed to order parts for recall and rescheduled for 3 weeks later. Came up on day of appointment and they state they cant take my truck because they only have 1 transmission guy and he is 15 cars behind. Noone could bother to call and nform me of this issue. wasted a day off work, and gas for 2 vehicles there and back as I was going to leave it with them. Also the recall expires this month so most likely they were trying to delay doing the recall work. More
