The service was excellent and said it would be ready that same day but at 5:00pm I called and they said it was not going to be ready until tomorrow. I just wish I could have been notified. More

As I thought.And believed y’all were the best ,Since then things have changed . I never disclosed what I was told after I bought my car. Rust issues never disclosed to me .Until my hood started to rust.They fixed the issue, I told Ford they would have to buy my car back.If it happened again.,Because of that, They awarded me a lifetime oil change and rutin maintenance. As long as I own my car .But now they are saying no . Not good Coustmer service.As I thought .Be careful,before you sign a contract with autonation.GFW Houston,Now I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone…

Seven years ago I bought my Ford Fusion from Autonation Gulf Freeway Houston ,Was very happy to do business with them then .But now I would be never trust them again.Really disappointed with there customer service and.Them not disclosing issues with my car.Before I bought it. Becarful before you sign the contract.
