Communication among the service team needs improvement. If a service advisor is assigned to my vehicle I expect clear communication and for them to be reachable when I call. Seems like every time I called prior to my service date all service advisors are “unavailable”. I find that extremely unprofessional that not one of the many is able to answer a phone call. I give Auto Nation Service Departement no stars. We took in our 2020 F-150 because when you switched gears you could hear a loud noise as you reverse. We took it in on April 13. We were told it would take 1 week to give us a diagnosis then we could get a rental car from Enterprise since our truck's warranty still covered a rental car. We finally got a rental car on April 22, not from the Enterprise but from Auto Nation. This only happened because I would call to get an update on the truck and request a rental car since I didn't have a car. Our service adviser Heidi never gave us an update unless we called her. I had a very bad experience with Jose Capuzano the Manager of the service department. When I called to ask why it was taking so long to get my truck's diagnosis he told me if I didn't like how they did things there I was more than welcome to take our truck to another agency. He was very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. He shouldn't be a manager. We took the truck there because we purchased it there brand new. We never expected to have problems with a new truck that only has 24,900 miles. On May 9th I returned the rental car and got another rental car because the service engine light came on that new car. Sometime in May, they ordered the part. They said our truck would be ready the week of May 27 but instead of being ready, we received a text from our service advisor Heidi that she had quit and we were assigned to Jose Capuzano. At the same time, Heidi quit, the technician that was supposed to be replacing the part in our truck also quit. No one was working on our truck. No one would call us to give us an update. On June 9 we returned the rental car because it was going to reach 3,500 miles but this time we got a new 2022 F-150 black truck. Exactly like our truck but a new 2022. After we picked up the rental truck we didn't hear anything from our service adviser and our truck was just sitting out in the sun. We would have to look on the Ford app to see if the truck had been turned on or anything. Finally on June 29 when I asked Nicole who helped us get the rental vehicle about being interested in buying the rental truck we were driving, is when we received a text that our truck would be ready on July 30. Keep in mind our truck was there for more than 3 months, going on 4. When we got there to inspect our truck, the issue wasn't even fixed. One of the doors had a big dent that it didn't have when we dropped it off, the hood was filled with acorns and leaves & the steering wheel was all faded. This was because our truck was sitting in the sun for more than 3 months. If we would have known this was going to happen we would have never taken it in for service. They replace a part that didn't even have to be replaced. That was not the issue. This was a new truck. We ended up trading in our truck for the 3rd rental car we were driving. We didn't want to get a new truck because to us we had a new truck but we had to. Our truck was there for so long and who knows what they did to it, we didn't feel safe or trust what they did to our truck. This is the worst service and I would never recommend it. We will not take our new truck there for an oil change or anything. No calls to give updates, no one working on your vehicle, and a disrespectful & rude Manager. How do you have a service department but no technicians working? This service department should be closed. The only person that helped us was Nicole, she was the only one that I would give a 5 star for helping us with the rental vehicles so we could have a vehicle to drive. More
