We had a terrible experience this go around here. The vehicle was over a week late with no communication. I left many voicemails for Jose who never, not even up to today has returned my call. I had to try every line available in the dealership until, finally, one person was willing to help. It was as if no one knew what to do there or maybe they didnt care. Matt was able to give me the update, which didn't come of them fixing anything wrong with the truck. At this point I just wanted it back so I picked it up the next day. Upon arrival, no one knew anything about my vehicle. No paperwork, no communication, nothing. There were two other separate clients there with many issues they were voicing so it seems to be a pattern happening. The icing on the cake was that they drained my battery! Im not sure what has changed but I wont be back anytime soon. More
