The dealership in a whole was amazing and the work is always done correctly. BUT I worked with Jose a service advisor that I had to say made my experience with the dealership very difficult. He not ONCE always done correctly. BUT I worked with Jose a service advisor that I had to say made my experience with the dealership very difficult. He not ONCE called me in regards to my vehicle, I had to be the one to call several times before anyone would pick up the phone. I had to be the one that texted him, but he never responded to any of those text messages. It took me calling the main number to the dealership to get transferred to the service manager to get any kind of update. So would I go back to this dealership yes, would I stay 100 feet away from working with Jose YES. Poor customer service on his end! More
