It took to long to repair my vehicle. Parts had to be ordered, which I understood. I was given the excuse that the tech was off or sick. Did not get regular updates. I had to call sometime to get a statu ordered, which I understood. I was given the excuse that the tech was off or sick. Did not get regular updates. I had to call sometime to get a status. When I attempted to contact a supervisor, I had little success. I was able to talk to Baron for about thirty seconds. He was going to investigate and call me back , never has. When I called back, he was off sick. I was then told Aron was the supervisor. Left a message for him to call to set up a meeting. To this day, I have not heard from him. If I had been given updates on what was going, I would have felt better. I understand some of the problems they had , but I was left in the dark . I have done business with this dealership for twenty years. This was the worst experience that I have ever had. I may add that I drive from Richmond Texas to have work done on this vehicle. Valerie was a bright spot to the hole ordeal. She remained cool at the times I was highly upset. More

Called Dealership and made appointment for warranty work. Told them the warranty info, my vehicle info, including mileage and asked if the warranty applied and was told yes. Dropped truck off on 7/15/21 and told tech that I ONLY wanted the warranty work done and nothing else. I tried to reach the dealership for the next several days and left numerous voicemails (never could get a live person on the phone). No one ever called me back. I had to physically go up to the dealership to get the status of my vehicle. Upon arrival I was shocked to see over 5 service reps at their desk when I had been leaving several messages per day and not one person ever called me back. To make matters even worse, the warranty work was not covered because of the mileage on my truck. This could have been conveyed to me when I initially made the appt, and at the very least when I brought the truck into the dealership. When talking to the service rep I learned that they didn't do the warranty work, but of course checked out the truck and found numerous other problems that they wanted to fix. Bottom line - tell customers up front if warranty work is even applicable to your vehicle and ANSWER YOUR PHONE and don't make customers drive up to the dealership to get the status of their vehicle. And when the customer says - I only want the warranty work done, don't hold the vehicle for several days looking for other ways to make more money on repairs. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SAY THE LEAST! More

Our edge had a recalled. My husband took our vehicle in for service to get it fix. They told him it could take all day. A 4 pm they call us saying they didn't do anything because they didn't have the part. for service to get it fix. They told him it could take all day. Thats a big inconvenience. He had to take time off from work, and will need to do it again if and when the part arrives. More
