Service has really slipped. Ridiculous to have to make an appointment a week in advance to get an oil change. Looks like there is a larger sales staff than service staff. I purchased vehicle late so i left however i didnt see that the day light was not working. So i was told to bring it in, my husband cld spk to the Srv Mgr BEFORE GOING UP THERE & was told YOURE better of that the day light was not working. So i was told to bring it in, my husband cld spk to the Srv Mgr BEFORE GOING UP THERE & was told YOURE better off taking it to the Lexus dealership. Made an appt took it there Lexus TELLS me it was going to cost me $496.55 to look at DAYLIGHT. DEAN @ LEXUS MENTIONED SOMEONE took off the FRONT bumper AND DIDNT PUT IT BACK RIGHT. He showed me that the front hood and the bumper didnt align up. HE ALSO PROCEEDED TO TELL ME IF THEY REALLY AUTONATION CERTIFIED AND CHECKOUT THIS CAR THEY WOULD OF NOTICED THE HUGE GAP IN THE HOOD AND BUMPER. Cld Autonation s/w my Car salesman, he told me HE HAD TO TALK WITH HIS MGR ABOUT it. I then said if you the car was Auto Nation Certified then you would of seen that the front end didnt line up with the hood. The carfax had 0 accidents reported. Had this not been a luxury car i wouldnt be complaining. But dam im still in the 30 day window and feel they should be paying Lexus to look at it not me. This was told to them on 8/30 and still havent heard from them. Also told them that the keyfob battery was low and how could that be if i only have the vehicle since Aug 10? I should of at least heard back from the General Mgr. Lexus mentioned to be careful when you buy vehicles from places like that because they DO NOT THOUROUGHLY CHECK THE VEHICLES OVER .. NEVER AGAIN......... WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE... EVER. THINKING ABOUT GIVING THE CAR BACK......I SHOULD AT LEAST HEAR BACK FROM A MANAGER AND NOTHING........ SALESPERSON WAS GREAT. More
