When they finished servicing my truck. I noticed the invoice indicated they checked my tire pressure and all tires were at 35 PSI. However, the truck tire system said three were in the low 30 and one was below 30psi. When I got home and checked my tires my pressure gauge measured what the truck system indicated. However, my concern is maybe your employee is not performing his duties as expected. I also wondered if he or they actually rotated my tires like I requested. I will call on 9-20-21. I will say this. I was there for almost 2 hours, way to long for service. The good news is Heidi Crump is a very hard working individual. She was working non stop. She was polite and professional to everyone who brought their vehicle in for service.

Today, I tried to call the General Manager like the Dealership indicated. However, when I called the number 713-489-2089, I got a recording with options for sale, service and finance. At the end of this recording if gives a option to press zero to speak with someone or stay on the line. I tried this several times. After pushing zero it just sends me back to the above recording. If I stay on the line, it just disconnects me. Auto nation is making it very hard to talk with someone regarding an issues. Not pleased at all.

I already tried speaking to the General Manager ( Brian Nicholson ) and o regret it I wish I had never come across him at all, he just didn’t care and wasn’t willing to hear me out he pretty much told me I was out of luck and as far as helping me out I should accept what Saul the sales manager was offering me because he would not do the same, I was taken back in his lack of professional and just his whole demeanor.
