The dealership is very professional in appearance, as well as the employees. When looking for a vehicle, we received good customer service. We were told it would take about a day and our vehicle would be pushed to the front to be fixed asap. We left it there on the Friday that we bought it. It was not fixed until the upcoming week. A leak was found while they washed it and water was getting into the trunk, before we drove it off the lot. This was promised to be fixed also. We dropped it off Friday evening and were told it would take about a day to get fixed. Did not hear anything about it that Saturday, so I finally contacted them Sunday afternoon. It was not ready yet. I doubt I would’ve been notified if I didn’t initiate contact. A couple days pass and it was finally delivered to my house and the next day I gave it a wash. The leak is still there. I’m not even sure if it got fixed at this point, or if they just didn’t check to see if it’s still leaking. Either way, I’m not impressed with the customer service at all. Came in to get a recall and several small repair items done, was told the recall was free but the diagnostics on the repair items would be over $600 before they even start a repair. The recall was supposed to take 3-4 hours and I had a 8am appt and had dropped the car off the night before so it would be there. The service writer told me they might not get to the repair that day and was it OK if they kept the car overnight. I said "no" since it was supposed to be just a 3-4 hour repair. Finally, at about 5:50 the service writer called and told me it was ready but they were closing at 6:00pm. At least they left the keys with the sales folks. 0 of 10 would not recommend. I would never, and I mean, never recommend this dealer. EVER. I have owned many cars and trucks. And I have never seen such a lackadaisical attitude towards customers in my life at a dealership. Listen, I get it, times are tough and everyone is suffering. But you are in the SERVICE industry. You can at least communicate with your customers. You make us make appointments. Then you don't even look at the vehicle for 7 hours knowing full well that I had to have my vehicle back that day. And you never call to follow up or tell us anything. Then when I come to pick up my vehicle because no one there has touched it, you could care less. I read the reviews online about this dealership. I should have listened. More
