When I went to buy my truck I saw there were 2 dents. I mentioned it to the salesperson. They said the truck couldn’t be fixed until it was sold. This truck was just what I was looking for. I bought it and mentioned it to the salesperson. They said the truck couldn’t be fixed until it was sold. This truck was just what I was looking for. I bought it and they said it would be fixed. My truck has now been back at the dealership two different times totaling two full weeks, out of the two months I’ve had it. Here we are and I am still not happy with the job they have done. I am paying for a brand new truck and with the repair that has been done it looks like a used truck. They said that they will not put my truck back in the shop again because it is costing too much for them to fix. My sales person said the only option is to buy it back. The sales person said he would keep in touch as he is looking for another truck like what I bought. So far I’ve not heard anything we are on day six. More

Autonation used to be a great dealership but they have really gone downhill. They refused to honor any warranty on our truck with only 25,000 miles. Our service person was always nice and tried to help us really gone downhill. They refused to honor any warranty on our truck with only 25,000 miles. Our service person was always nice and tried to help us but was blocked by the horrible service manager that refused to even return phone calls and was never around when you showed up in person. General Manager was no help at all. Past managers were much better. And when we tried to shop for a new car the salesman walked away from us when we said we were just looking today as we were waiting for a decision about our car that was in the shop. These experiences are over the 10 weeks our car was in the shop. Worst months of my life. I will never visit again. More
