Took my car in for a recall. Waited in the service area for about 2.5 hours. Finally I went to the service desk and asked about my car. They said at that time there was no recall Waited in the service area for about 2.5 hours. Finally I went to the service desk and asked about my car. They said at that time there was no recall on my car. So I sat there for all that time and nothing was done to my car. If I hadn't gone to the service desk myself there is no telling how long I would have been there. When I left I was given no paperwork stating I had even taken my car in. I take my car there for service when needed but not anymore. I will take it to another ford service dept. even if I have to drive farther..I have also bought my last four cars there but I don't think I will do that eighter...Lesson learned More

I do not recommend that you buy cars at this dealer, both the sales and the service are terrible, it seems that everyone agrees, you buy a car and after you buy it they no longer know you, when you want them the sales and the service are terrible, it seems that everyone agrees, you buy a car and after you buy it they no longer know you, when you want them to help you, since I bought my truck from them f- 250 came out defective and until today they never fixed it for me, I do not recommend this dealer More
