Went in to have bluetooth checked. . was told when I scheduled 2 months ahead of time it was a free thing to price the work. 2 months pass and i went in for my appointment. I went in they took my keys so i went to sit down, about 20 minutes later the man who took my keys came up to me and said we do t know if this will fix it but its $200 to update the truck software. I said no thank you i would rather put that towards a new radio. The man looked at me and said work has already been started….. i said i don’t agree to the price and you should have told me the price before work began. He threw an absolute fit in front of other customers. I was so mad after my experience i will never return, i was going to let this all pass but y’all kept spamming my email for a review so here you go.. More

The worst customer service ever. I wouldn't recommend to buy a car here. I have to give 1 star just for me to be able to make a review otherwise I wouldn't even give 1.There are few I wouldn't recommend to buy a car here. But being honest repair service totally sucks, here it goes I bought a car which supposed to be in certified condition and backed up with warranty ok so then why the 1st week the Bluetooth started kicking off my cellphone and volume going crazy I took it back and surprise the girl was trying to charge me over $190 to fix something that was covered plus they said they couldn't fix my volume because it was not acting up when I took it there even though I showed them 3 different videos to show the problem because it was not consistent they said no fixing, when I got my car back after keeping it 5 days and also tried to charge me for a loner car that was supposed to be included in what I was paying, they messed up the volume control button and the steering wheel volume as well there was footprints with mud on the top of the seat like if someone was sleeping with the feet on top. Not only that happening they have a girl that has the worst attitude in customer service area 🙄 she has issues she is screaming all the time to co-workers and customers, cursing and saying to them you don't understand are you stupid by asking the same question. Like really? No one there sees her bad attitude and service. This is my second vehicle purchased here because they call me to say I was able to upgrade to a better vehicle. The first one was a nightmare to fix back to back and this one is starting to do the same. So if we analyze it there are fixed for you to go back and keep repairing them so they can make more money. The engine went bad due to bad oil change that they wanted to blame me, and it was the previous owners. You really should keep an eye on who you hire to inspect vehicles or at least don't say it's certified if they are not going to honor that. Besides they charge so expensive for gap and protection plans for us customers not be able to use them because there's always an excuse of OH MY BAD that doesn't cover it. Beware they never have loaner cars available. It seems that they really only care of keeping the money instead of helping customers. I had recommended my family to go and sale their vehicle and not even had a thank you or had a gift card or anything that compansate for any of my bad experience. Would I recommend this dealership no definitely no. Every time I go to try to fix something they never help me and the answer is always that doesn't cover but if I take my vehicle to another dealership they will covered it so bad customer service and lies back to back More
Very dissatisfied with the recent service I had. Appointment made for 1230 for oil change and tire rotation. Left car early and still it took 5 hours for the service to be complete. “Express service Appointment made for 1230 for oil change and tire rotation. I did not receive any updates on progress of car, no text or call saying my car was ready or even a legitimate time frame for when car was going to be done. Unacceptable. More
