Scheduled service for 2 recalls. 3 days later they called and said they needed to order parts for recall and rescheduled for 3 weeks later. Came up on day of appointment and they state they cant take my truck because they only have 1 transmission guy and he is 15 cars behind. Noone could bother to call and nform me of this issue. wasted a day off work, and gas for 2 vehicles there and back as I was going to leave it with them. Also the recall expires this month so most likely they were trying to delay doing the recall work. More

Service completed in less than half a day, notified and kept informed of the progress. When I first got there, service person told me he had 3 cars ahead of me and suggested I go to another rep.
