My wife was in the market - we looked and saw a number of vehicles she was interested in only to find out that the one she really wanted was sold. Zashan offered to go to Katy location and pick up the same vehicles she was interested in only to find out that the one she really wanted was sold. Zashan offered to go to Katy location and pick up the same vehicle and bring to Gulf dealership. Above and beyond. This is the second time that they have gone to get a vehicle as they went to Dallas for my truck. Probably why I have now bought 5 different vehicles in the past 15 years from this location. More

Great communication and great service. Using AutoNation Ford sales and service is a positive experience. Exceeded my expectations again! I know a loaner is not in my warranty. But Angelina Using AutoNation Ford sales and service is a positive experience. Exceeded my expectations again! I know a loaner is not in my warranty. But Angelina must have seen the concern in my face. She arranged one. I told her after getting the loaner car how much this meant because of family health issues. I actually drove the loaner home and back - 19 miles total. It didn't need to move from the driveway but having it available meant a lot. Thanks! More
