I decided to bite the bullet & get a truck, after weeks of searching I found one I really liked & reached out to AutoNation. Jose Cortez, from AutoNation, reached out to me & made the whole experience very pleasant. Made sure communication was kept but did not constantly call/text/email like these other dealerships whom are still bugging me even after purchasing my truck already from AutoNation. Keep in mind this was my first time stepping into a dealership, & was a lot smoother & straight forward than I imagined. More
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation as well as an inspection. My vehicle failed inspection and needed to have some software resets and such. My service advisor Alex and the service depa as well as an inspection. My vehicle failed inspection and needed to have some software resets and such. My service advisor Alex and the service department manager went to great lengths to have my vehicle taken care of and put me in a loaner car for work. I truly appreciate the professionalism and desire to satisfy customers to the best of their ability.
