I. BOught my suburban on line asked the salesman if it could be shipped he said yes.so I told him I was interested if he could send pictures he said when it got out of the shop he could I said that woul could be shipped he said yes.so I told him I was interested if he could send pictures he said when it got out of the shop he could I said that would be great.one week later he sent me pics and said the door panel would be fixed and a new dash.he said they had put a windshield in it and it had new tires. I said great I'm going to my bank to get the loan he said great bit it would take time because it's a process.i said OK probably 2 weeks at most. I got the loan got the check.i let the salesman know he said I would have to mail the check then they would send my suburban.i sent the check they got it by Wednesday. On Monday I text him to see what was going on he said that a company called maverick sent me a link on the 30th to go to I never received it and had no idea I need to do that.i did my ID verification. The next day the company called said my husband need to do his so we did.then he said they would have notary contact me to send the paperwork I told the salesman I live in the middle of no where it would be hard to do.2 days later they found a notary.by Monday no notary had called I call the company who set up the notary and they said they had not got the paperwork yet so I contacted the salesman he said he would check then he sent me a screen shot of the fedx label they just shipped it.then the notary came did her job sent it in mailed paperwork bright away.another week later everything done I need to do still no suburban.contacted the salesman said it would ship out Saturday. I text him on Monday and asked when my suburban got shipped out he said he was so busy all day Saturday he didn't see when it left.then he said the truck broke down.was getting very frustrated so my husband called and talked to a manager.he said my suburban was still at the dealership.then the sales man asked if we could fly to Huston and drive it home they would give me a check for my transport fee back .I told him I couldn't I take care of my grandkids.my husband called talk to another manager he said they were trying to get another transport truck.finally a week later it arrived.the salesman said he had it detailed for me.when I got in it wasn't clean in the back cup holders there was coke and dirty seat I used a whole container of armor all wipe they were discusting.i text the salesman and he said it was clean when it left there the truck driver must have slept in it.the truck driver had a sleeper on his truck and my suburban was in the middle of the truck.worst car buying experience o have every had.when I got my suburban the dash wasn't replaced it was a hard plastic cover and the alternator was bad. More

I took my f150 for mantinance service and I asked for oíl change and tire rotation, They didnt do the rotation apparently becouse they could not find the wheel lock, the problem was that they did not call to change and tire rotation, They didnt do the rotation apparently becouse they could not find the wheel lock, the problem was that they did not call to front desk team (Alex in my csse), so they just decided not rotate the tires and I had to wait another 40 minutes there.
