My service advisor was Mark Neal he made my experience at Ford great. Being a widow it's important to me that he was an honest man and kept me updated on all my Ford Fusion repairs and explained all the cost Ford great. I highly recommend him if you want an awesome experience at Auto Nation Ford Gulf Freeway. He always returns phone calls and text. Mark is always in a good mood early in the morning so make sure when you walk thru the automatic glass doors he sits at the first desk to your left. I promise you will not be disappointed with all his knowledge and hard work!! Also, the Shuttle is terrific! More

Had my car brought in for a warranty related tire replacement. Jose communicated with the insurance company on my behalf to negotiate the replacement of two of my tires.
