This is the first dealership that I have bought a car from that I did not have one single problem dealing with them. They have gone out of their way to help us in this process. Not only in buying our ve from that I did not have one single problem dealing with them. They have gone out of their way to help us in this process. Not only in buying our vehicle but also in fixing a problem we had with it after we bought it. We had a small accident with it and they went way beyond being helpful with get it fixed and back on the road. More
If you want to go and get the absolute run around and have the salesman and the managers making you feel like trash then go ahead. First of all the whole “car buying” experience was terrible. Not only at this Ford dealership but at a second Ford location too. At first they try and shake you down for every penny they can get out o terrible. Not only at this Ford dealership but at a second Ford location too. At first they try and shake you down for every penny they can get out of you. Ford Autonations made it seem like the 12% APR interest is the only option you have and they won’t budge from that. Even before they run your credit. They try and see just how much you’re willing to pay so they can squeeze it out of you. Basically almost gently bullying you into having no choice but to accept the 12%. Like they’re doing you a favor. I wasn’t budging though. I knew that 12% was just way tooo high of an interest rate. So then that’s when they said “okay let’s run your credit”. Lucky for me I have good credit and a good bank. They ran my credit and came back with saying I have really good credit and they can offer me 7.9%. I said nope not for me but they said there’s no way they could come down from that APR percent at all and that’s all that Ford would allow them to do. I told them I was just going to use my back which would offer me 5.95%. One of the sales/finance guys then said “okay let me tell them you’re going with your bank”. And guess what happened when he came back?. He said that Ford finance could do “5.9%”. Like are you serious?! All that time all those lies of they can’t come down only to come down because my bank was offering me way better then their supposedly “best they can do”. I regrettably accepted their offer and purchased a brand new SUV from them. Once they have their money they don’t care or follow up on you because as soon as I was able to drive it on the highway at highway speeds I noticed air was seeping thru the drivers passenger side window. I immediately called them but they were closed so I called them back the very next day right after work on June 30th. I spoke with my sales guy and he said I could come in on Tuesday, 4th of July to have them look at it. So I drive 3 hrs back to the dealership because I don’t live in Houston, only to get a call 10 minutes before I arrive that there on no mechanics on duty to see my vehicle. What a waist of time and money. I was offered gas money but I still waisted my entire day and was left with the wind noise still there. I asked my sales guy if I could just take it to any ford dealership but he said I had to take it to a autonations Ford dealership, which there isnt one around me even slightly close. So I told him I would just have to drive back another day. The sales guy called me back on July 5th and said that his manager told him I could take it to any Ford, not just an Autonations Ford. Come on man, they should really know how to better direct their customers because I had asked him and he said i had to take it to an Austonations Ford. The sales guy new i lived out of town. I ended up being able to drop my vehicle off at a local Ford on June 10th. They kept it and said they fixed it on June 13th, so I picked it up right before closing. Whelp, you’ll never guess what happened. The issue wasn’t fixed. I had to drive back the next day and they told me they would Uber me home and hopefully fix the problem that day. The problem ended up being that the part of the window that doesn’t roll down is broken. They have to order a new one and they’ll be able to possibly install it on July 17th. Also, when you start the car sometimes it kicks on right away other times it’s like the starter is taking a bit to kick on. This is a brand new car! I shouldn’t be having these issues! I updated the sales associate but haven’t heard back from him. Basically they don’t care. It’s not their problem. OnlyShows that the dealership doesn’t care and that even brand new Ford vehicles are trash. I’m going to call the dealership tomorrow and see how they plan to fix or rectify the issue. Save yourself money and headache. Don’t buy from this dealership and don’t buy a Ford. More
